Why am I shown a feedback with a set of videos and not only the final score?

Getting only an analytical score doesn't help you understand what your strengths and weaknesses are. It makes it more difficult to improve your performance. But with the character's feedback, you can immediately understand what your weak points are. 
At the bottom of the page, you will find the AUGMENTED REPLAY tool that shows you how to improve and put what you learned into practice in the next simulations. It will help you not make the same mistakes again and improve your performance.
