What are the variables that impact the effectiveness of your performance (Objectives)?

Like in real life, the character's reactions are also affected by different variables, not only by the choices you make.
These variables can be for example what happened before the meeting, the answers you gave, random events that happened during the simulation, emotional peaks linked to his personality, the satisfaction (or not) of his implicit needs, etc.
