How is the global score (Confidence) calculated?

The score of the simulation is calculated by checking in each step how efficient you applied your behaviour. This shows your confidence in managing the dialogue in the best way, regardless the character reaction.
A set of algorithms analyses your choices for every step and calculates your performance in real time until the end of the simulation.
