This issue usually occurs when you have too many internet pages (or web applications) open at once.
Please close ALL of them and reconnect to SkillGym web page.
Specifically, close applications such as Dropbox, Skype, Teams, Zoom and any other background programs that might be using bandwidth. Closing your email program may also help free up bandwidth.
In some cases, even if no applications are open but you still see the loading wheel, press the F5 key on your keyboard to refresh the page and restore the connection.
