I see the message "An error occurred. We can't find an account with this username." Why?

This can happen for various reasons:

• You have not yet been registered on SkillGym
• You were registered on SkillGym, but now your account is no longer present in our database
• You did not accept the GDPR screen (if present) during the registration phase
