Why doesn't the button to start the meeting appear anymore?

This situation occurs if:

• You were enrolled in an assessment that requires a specific number of conversations with the character(s) (for example, only 1 conversation per character). Once the conversation is completed, the START THE MEETING button is automatically hidden for that character. This means that the conversation has been correctly recorded by the system. If you still see the START MEETING button, it means that the conversation was not completed and needs to be redone.

• You were enrolled in a bootcamp that has ended. You can verify this status on the SkillGym homepage if you see the message "You are not enrolled in any bootcamp...."
